Return & Refund Policy

At Vsee-Box.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on most products. Please read the details below:

Return Eligibility:
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items without a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vsee-box.STORE with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be included with the returned item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the return process and place a new order.
